Family Plan
Membership questions, answered
- Who can join the Family Plan?
- Homeowners and residential tenants in our service area — Duval, Clay, St. Johns and Nassau counties. It is a residential plan only; if you run a business, call us and we'll talk about what fits.
- Does membership replace the quote?
- No. Every job still gets a free estimate and a written, fixed price before any work starts. Your membership discount is applied to that quote, so you see the member price before you say yes.
- What does the six-month check-up cover?
- A walk through the house's plumbing: water heater, visible supply and drain lines, fixtures, shut-off valves, and the outdoor spigots. You get a plain-language rundown of what's fine, what's wearing, and what can wait.
- What counts as a priority visit?
- A visit you need sooner rather than later — a leak that won't wait for a scheduled slot, for example. Inner Circle members get one every six months at no extra charge; The Don gets them without limit. Standard scheduling is always free of call-out fees for every member.
- How do I sign up?
